Q4 Is there an instruction manual for the instrument?
We not only provide instruction manuals for our instruments, but also usage videos or installation videos. We also provide testing videos before shipping, offering a variety of videos to help you better understand the machine.
Q5 What is your policy regarding sample and bulk orders?
Sample testing is available. The sample price is slightly higher than the bulk price. If you confirm a bulk order later part of the sample cost can be negotiated to offset the bulk order payment. Bulk OEM orders also qualify for tiered pricing; higher quantities mean better unit prices.
Q6 How is shipping arranged? Does it include customs clearance and freight costs?
After you provide your delivery address, we will help check door to door logistics solutions e.g. DHL dedicated line logistics. Freight costs are calculated separately, not included in the equipment price, and we will provide full customs declaration documents to assist with clearance.
